"Becoming a client of Dr. Clyburn allowed myself to truly learn who I am. Before her I would hold on to pain and people that were toxic to me. Afterwards, she has taught me to handle everything that comes and to understand why it was brought to me. I used to feel lost or in my "numb period" where I thought that shutting myself off from the world and emotions would help me. In the end, I almost ended up in a deep depression.
